fruit quality breakfast choice clothing storage bluetooth issue
the breakfast buffet offered many choices. i especially liked the fresh fruit (it was very high quality).
the room lacked practical storage for clothing. also, the sound bar under the tv turned on loudly in the middle of the night (it woke me up twice).

uncomfortable temperature fluctuating water pressure
the breakfast buffet offered many options.
The air conditioning barely worked. It was uncomfortably warm. the shower was also problematic. The water pressure fluctuated constantly. i even had to ask for a shower cap. It took an hour to be delivered. it was not what i expected.

comfortable bed attentive staff ideal location great restaurants
the location was superb. the room was a superior room (i enjoyed the comfortable bed). the staff were very attentive to all requests i had. the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops.
the gym was a little small and sometimes crowded, limiting workout options (this was a minor inconvenience though).

amazing hotel, friendly staff
amazing breakfast buffet rooftop pool attentive server comfortable welcome
I loved the amazing breakfast buffet. It had everything i could want! the rooftop pool was fantastic. the lively music really made it fun and the servers were attentive. the staff really went out of their way to. i really consider some of them new friends!
The air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was not ideal.

I found the hotel location very convenient, just a few minutes from major attractions. nearby, there's convenient tram transport to the city center. even the zoo is within a comfortable walking distance. It was perfect.

A solid stay near the Sea
convenient location friendly staff damp smell hard towels
The location is really convenient. It's just a short walk to the beach. My room was spacious and clean, it included toiletries like shower gel and lotion. The rooftop terrace has a heated pool that I could use. The staff members were friendly and polite, especially at the reception.
I found some aspects disappointing for a hotel of this level. There was a noticeable damp smell in my first room. I was moved, but the smell was still present. It just wasn't as strong. The towels in the bathroom were not soft. They were actually hard.

The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. It reset frequently. the room service was slow. It took 40 minutes to receive ice and a drink.

lovely stay with a few small misses
sea view rooftop bar great cocktails delicious food
the room had a balcony with a sea view. it included a nice mini bar stocked with snacks. the rooftop bar offered great cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. i especially loved the food at tendiez (the burger was superb!).
the pool was quite deep. it started at 2 meters and went up to 2 meters. this depth made it unsuitable for younger children, which could be a limitation for families.

the staff was very polite and ready to help guests. carol, the waitress, was very friendly and warm. thiago at the concierge desk provided excellent restaurant recommendations.
